Privacy Policy — AI Trend News (에트뉴)

AI Trend News (Instagram @aitrendnews.kr, Threads @aitrendnews.kr) is an AI news magazine operated by Indigo Child (인디고차일드), represented by Na Hyeon-deok (나현덕). This policy explains how our internal editorial tool uses data from Meta platforms (Instagram, Threads).

1. Who uses the tool

The tool is used only by our editor. It is not offered to the public. The only other access is the reviewer page described in section 7, provided for Meta App Review.

2. Data we access

• Our own account: profile, posts and insights (views, likes, replies, reposts, quotes, follower counts).
• Public posts returned by the official Threads keyword search and profile lookup APIs: post text, link, time, author username, media type.

We do not collect private messages, passwords, contact lists, or any data from non-public accounts. We do not use scraping or unofficial tools.

3. How we use it

To discover topics for our own original news posts, to verify original sources, and to see which of our own posts performed well. We do not republish others' content, do not contact users, and do not automate follows, likes, comments or messages.

4. Service providers and international transfer

We do not sell platform data. We use the following service providers:

• Anthropic (United States) — AI service. When our editor drafts or summarizes a story, short excerpts of public posts (part of the text, the author username and the link) may be sent to Anthropic's AI service for processing.
• Vercel (United States) — hosting of this website and of the reviewer page. Reviewer access tokens are kept only in an encrypted browser cookie; Vercel does not store them for us (see section 7).
• ImprovMX and Google — email forwarding and mailbox for contact@aitrendnews.kr.

5. Storage and retention

Data is stored on the editor's computer. Data about our own account is kept while the account exists. Public posts obtained through search or profile lookup, and short excerpts and source links copied into our editorial notes, are deleted within at most 3 years from the date we first received them. If we receive a deletion request, we delete the matching records within 30 days.

7. Reviewer page (/review)

For Meta App Review, a password-protected page lets a reviewer connect a Threads account. The data shown there (the reviewer's Threads username, the reviewer's own posts returned by search, and account insights, plus public posts returned by the APIs) is displayed in the browser only for the session. We do not store it on any server or database and do not log it. The access token is kept only in an encrypted, httpOnly cookie that expires after at most 2 hours; clicking "Disconnect" deletes it immediately.

보관: 우리 계정 데이터는 계정이 있는 동안. 검색·계정 조회로 받은 공개 글과 편집 메모에 옮긴 짧은 발췌·출처는 처음 받은 날부터 최대 3년 안에 삭제. 삭제 요청 시 30일 안에 삭제.

심사용 페이지(/review): 심사자가 연결하면 받는 데이터(스레드 사용자명·본인 글·인사이트)는 세션 동안 화면에만 표시하고 저장·기록하지 않습니다. 토큰은 최대 2시간 암호화 쿠키에만 있고 「Disconnect」를 누르면 즉시 삭제됩니다.
